"We thought we had a room but they upgraded us to an apartment. Then they gave us a card for all transportation, including bus, ski lift, admission to museums. The manager, Duri, was kind, even gave us a ride to town. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices. Love the location in the old section of Scuol with the decorated houses dating back centuries."

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised.
