"Everything is amazing in the hotel it is very suitable for families there is good service and great food, everywhere you go in the hotel the staff are very understanding and kind. The only thing is that there could be more air conditioning as in the room it is quite hot. We had a great time we recommend it to anyone"

"The bays for swimming and relaxing are great. It could however do with a few more sun shades and sunbeds by these bays. I also dislike the towels being left on sunbeds early in the morning - and the people not turning up until midday. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel and room was immaculate condition. Shame the pool was a bit too cold at end of October but made use of the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had a great choice and staff could not have been more friendly. Highly recommend. Only downfall was our room was supposed to be full sea view but more like partial sea view from first floor as part of hotel building blocked the majority of the sea view from our balcony."

"The staff are just so lovely at this hotel. The food is fantastic and the setting gorgeous - was our 3rd visit and we will go back. "

"The room was very basic for a 5 store hotel. Basic bed and with only two pillows. Air conditioning was not working - the door was closed appropriately in order for it to turn on, but it was warm. We told reception but nothing was done. We stayed in a room with a private pool which was nice, although the water was freezing cold (and we went in late August). Definitely recommend a heated pool. We had a half board - the food was great. We didn’t have a chance to use the amenities."

"This property is elegantly beautiful. The staff was exceptional especially Elena who runs the front desk. She seems to work around the clock and she is the most friendly, gracious & most accommodating to all of her guests. Me and my husband felt like we were her only guests by the way she attended to us. "Overall very good hotel and worth to stay there. The staff is super super polite with a nice smile everywhere, from top to bottom. The beach is nice, open to the north winds. Food is acceptable standard hotel buffet with variety of foods (although no Cretan foods or delicacies at the part of the buffer we were using). There are two sections building-wise, a renovated section and an old section. The sea-view bungalow we had this time was at the old section, 80s style, and definitely not worth...

"A great hotel with lovely staff and very clean. Reception area is welcoming, beautiful and smells fantastic! The rooms are a little on the small side and the lighting isn’t great, especially in the bathroom and shower. There is also a smell which comes from the drains but overall, a great hotel and I would highly recommend it. 3 pools to choose from all with beds although they need to be stricter on the policy of not reserving subbed early in the morning. "

First family fun experience in Crete

"Our stay at Mythos Palace Resort was delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, especially Andreas at the bar and Arystea at guest services. They ensured we were well cared for throughout our visit. The evening entertainment was fantastic, featuring acts like La Divas and Cuba Fun, along with a fun mini disco. Despite some unpredictable morning sun, the resort offered plenty of activities, including a spa, massage services, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Our spacious room included a private pool. The bar and restaurant provided diverse cuisine with themed dinners such as BBQ, seafood, Greek, and Mexican. "
