"The hotel looks beautiful with attractions for the kids, great alternative if you are not lodging at disneyland hotel. The reception staffs were great too. The main part was the breakfast option, there was this Chef called AKEEM, he will go above and beyond to male sure you are satisfied. It was a great few stay and I will definitely go back. "

"This was a nice Disney hotel, comparable to the Disney hotels in the US. They let us check in early, which was great. About a 15 min walk from Disney. You can do Laundry at hotel Cheyenne which is right next to Santa Fe."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel was always clean and smelt amazing. Staff were very helpful. Only down I’d say was the pool didn’t seem too clean. Ideal location only disappointment was we wasn’t told when checking in about meet and greet with characters in the hotel. "

"Overall a good stay. The hotel looks to have been recently refurbished. The overall feel was really great and added a bit of Disney-esque magic with the lobby music. The shuttle bus service was fast and efficient- honestly, no reason to stay IN the Disney park when you have this option. The only reason for some lower stars was the service in the bar. "I took my nephew to Disney land for first day time and was very impressed with the hotel great location near Val d’Europe and one stop away from Disney . The staff were very friendly and even entertained my trying to speak French. The room was of a good size and very clean ! We were very impressed !"

"Our experience was quite good with this hotel. We had a newly renovated room which was clean. The hotel is undergoing a renovation, so expect some noise. The only thing I would say is the breakfast of €10 is not worth it, there's a Boulangerie around the corner of the hotel, which has great coffee and pastries. There's the city tax to pay and a deposit, which I hope we'll get back, since a lot of people have issues with that. There's also a cleaning tax so keep that in mind."

"This was our third stay in this hotel. This time we stayed as three adults and one child (16) and had the two room layout with one double bed and a double sofa bed and single sofa bed. There was plenty of tok. For all of us. The staff were amazingly friendly and so helpful. We ate in the bar the first night and the pizza was lovely; and again the staff were fantastic. "This hotel was a perfect stop over before we went to our disney hotel. 10 minutes from Disney and a quick and easy drive to the shopping centre. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate for one night. I download the bolt app (similar to uber but a bit cheaper) it was £37 from the hotel to the eiffel tower. Took around 50 mins "

"Stayed at this hotel a number of times. Always a pleasant experience. Immediately next door to the RER A Station so convenient, only small downside is railway noise. Our room was incredibly warm the first night, but we spoke to the front desk to request the A/C be switched on, they advised it was centrally managed but they would contact head office and request. The next night the A/C was on and the room was far more comfortable and we slept great. Appreciate the assistance from the staff. Thanks!"
