The room had some bad features particularly in the bathroom where the shower sprayed all over the floor when in use. the toilet paper holder was just hanging off of the wall not secured. "Owner of the property re-sold the apartment for higher price, due to high demand for accomodation, which we found out when we called for directions when we arrived to Croatia. There excuse was that "there was a mix up with Expedia". But property was booked and paid for few weeks in advance, and we had communication withe the property before arrival, with no mention of anything out of the place. Found out later from the locals that re-selliing for higher price was common this season, especially...

"Nice and spacious with free parking. In a residential area, with beach access close by. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Only small issue was on check-in there was no one at the desk, but I found the owner’s apartment under the stairwell and just said hello. "

"Aivan mahtava, rauhallinen, viihtyisä paikka. Hieman kaukana meille kun meillä ei ollut autoa. Kuljimme taksilla keskustaan. Aamupala maksoi 8€/ hlö mutta oli todella maittava. Paikassa ei ole mitään ravintoloita ja kauppaan oli 2 km. Varustetaso oli suhteellisen hyvä kahdelle hengelle. Ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. Keskustaan oli 6km matkaa, taxi oli suhteellisen edullinen. Suosittelen lämpimästi."

"This is a very nice apartment that is centrally located and was a great place to stay for two nights in Rovinj. We used the hotel guest parking and walked to the hotel with our backpacks. It was a nice ten minute walk but wouldn’t recommend it if you had suitcases. The apartment was fairly easy to find. When we got close by I called the hotel and someone found us on the street and showed us where it was. The adventure of finding it would be tricky without a phone or WiFi. My only complaint is...

"I was very comfortable as far as sleeping, inside temperature control, preparing meals, watching tv and showering and so forth... but I did not have WiFi in my apartment while I was there. The location was also perfect, the staff was very nice, friendly, accommodating, professional and tried to help me, but still NO WiFi!!! I had lost my wallet before checking in.. not their fault.
