"Great location and comfortable, if slightly dated hotel"

"The process of booking was easy from start to finish and the hotel liaised with us prior to arrival to ensure our arrival was smooth. We were welcomed by a friendly, helpful and informative receptionist. Booking in was easy. We were provided with a leaflet with a local area map and restaurant recommendations. We visited the one, particularly recommended by the member of staff and had an excellent meal which was slso great value for money. We were shown to our room and shown how to activate the lights in the room. Our room was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. It had a private bathhroom, safe, coffee making facilities and a fridge. We could see the roof of the Baptistry from our window. There was no option for breakfast but there was a lovely cafe across the square where we bought breakfast. Luggage can be left at the hotel as well. Great location close to the Piazza Miracoli with excellent facilities and fantastic staff. I would definitely come back. Thank you. "

"Incredible facilities, rooms are cleaned really well, staff are always very attentive. To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding. Spa had a lot of choice, the outdoor swimming pools were unexpected given we visited in December and it was never too busy, often it was just us. There are also lots of hiking options from just next to the property, starting from inside the hotel grounds. "
