"This is a self serve property. This does not suit us. First the directions on hotels.com were incorrect. Second when you are told a key will be sent we do not imagine an electronic message and codes. This delayed our entry to the property by 1hr. As it was raining the next morning having to go out for breakfast at a nearby cafe was also not convenient. "

"We were in two rooms below ground level, which were quiet, but no airflow. One room had a shower that was too small for an adult. They were clean and relatively comfortable otherwise. Breakfast was pastry and yogurt. We were able to park in one of the garages, otherwise, parking could be difficult. The location is awesome - very hard to find initially - it looks like it’s impossible to get to, but once you know, you know. Guessing that their other rooms may be nicer."

"I wemt to Pignola on a discovery trip. My great grandparents emigrated from this city many years ago. I've always felt a closeness to Italy and decided to visit. The B&B is a spacious studio apartment with all of the necessary items available, full kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, even a working fireplace for the winter season. "Letizia on reception was excellent as was Salvatore in the restaurant both delivering an outstanding customer experience, the hotel though sprawling is excellent lots of lifts and a few stairs to navigate but outstanding Thanks we will be back"

Fancy place in the middle of nowhere!

"A pretty amazing place. Looks very luxurious, the restaurant and the meal was super fancy and yet very reasonably priced. We couldn’t understand why the place was mostly empty, but we stayed mid-week, and the place clearly caters to Italians (even the spa menu was only in Italian). The air-conditioning in the room was not very strong and very noisy, but otherwise very nice room. "
