"Unique - free parking Not so unique - hotel is under construction , I guess if you only stay one night you get the older rooms Pool closes too early Breakfast is ok , everything is presented in open dishes which results in cold scrambled eggs, cold bacon etc. my question is : why is that necessary ? "We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!! Air con could be stronger but it did the job to provide a cooler space. We loved the hotel and we felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone who put a lot of work so everything works smoothly. Also thank you for smiling it makes an amazing difference! "

"Absolutely fabulous way to enjoy Lake Garda. All the scenery but away from the mass crowds. Beautiful location in a small village square overlooking the lake. Rooms are spacious - we stayed in a vintage room- bed very comfortable and effective air conditioning. High quality towels and bedding. Swimming pool and hot tub area was modern and immaculate- staff very happy to bring drinks and snacks to sun loungers (umbrellas provided). We ate in the restaurant both nights and food was very high quality and reasonably priced. Steaks on the first night and mixed fish grill on the second - large portions. Wait staff friendly and attentive. Breakfast each morning was a feast. To name a few- bacon, ham, cheeses, all types of eggs, breads, sweet pastries, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, as well as cartons of about 10 types of other juices. If you left breakfast hungry it was your own fault. The hotel is manned by a small dedicated and hard working team who are friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem to them. I would definitely stay here again. Private underground parking. Lots to see in surrounding area including Madonna Della Corona- 40 min drive through beautiful scenery. "

"The hotel isvery easy to gettofrom the A4 and the ring road to. Dont be put off that its close to the motorway and a big truck stop, you dont here it hardly at all. The only thing i would say to traveller from other countries is bring your power adapters. My room had not asingle USB socket apart from the tv. So be prepared for that. The restaurant served excellent food and the service was superb. The bathroom was great with a double length shower and everything you need except a tooth brush. I travelled there on my motorcycle and had no issues parking it or with security, but do lock it regardless "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Serenella, it is in a lovely quiet location but a short walk away from restaurants, shops etc.The staff are amazing and so helpful, our rooms were lovely and clean as was the pool area. The breakfast was amazing! and set us up nicely for each day. I could go on and on!, I picked the best place to stay and would happily go there again we had a wonderful time. Thank you so much Hotel Serenella for a wonderful holiday"
