"Handy location next to the RER station for Evry. The area has little to do and only a couple of restaurants some walk away. Reception staff were very pleasant, helpful and cheeful. The attached restaurant was closed for evening meals (August holidays!) and below average breakfast offedring. Comfortable bedroom with a small kitchette area, all clean as was the bathroom. A bit expensive considering how far from the centre of Paris its located."

"The property is a great place if you want somewhere quiet and safe to stay with secure offroad parking. Unfortunately upon arrival our bedding wasn’t clean, we stripped the bed and found several hairs, even clumps of hair in pillow cases. We raised this with the front desk and asked that we don’t have any housecleaning for our stay. As we bought replacement pillows and bed sheets ourselves. "I recently stayed at Résidence Océane for a week for business, and unfortunately, my experience was quite poor. The hotel failed to meet basic expectations in several critical areas. Firstly, there was no fresh bedding linen or towels provided for the entire duration of my stay, so one large towel and 2 small hand towels for a week.
