Immaculate property - rooms quiet, house spacious and property very clean. Hosts are very welcoming and keen to assist with any personal requirements. Close to shops, restaurants and the city. Highly recommend - it felt like home.

Ann was super lovely and welcoming. The place was very neat, tidy and quiet at night. If you're wanting to go sightseeing, this place is perfect value for just coming back to sleep and shower! about 25-30 mins drive to hilarys boat harbour, 15-20 mins drive to CBD, 5-8 mins drive to airport

Well its my fault that i didn’t check the property rules before coming here its just sad that plans change all Of a sudden and people refuse to help you out. I looked forward for the last couple of months to stay here but didn’t end up going because of our baby they refused to refund even though wotif pleaded with them Oh yeah one more thing this place only cares what time you arrive and check in they dont ask anything else 😂

L'accueil est charmant et les hôtes sympathiques prêt à aider. La chambre et le lit très bien mais pourquoi ne rien prévoir pour les valiss qui doivent être ouvertes au sol. Mais la chose la plus décevante est le petit déjeuner. Juste des toast et une banane comme fruit... Je me suis senti gêné de demander à puiser trois cillères de yaourt sur un grand contenant non ouvert... Pas de viennoiserie, gateau ou un quelconque biscuit : que du pain de mie...

Had a fantastic stay, beautiful and friendly hosts Jan and Michael were terrific. Room was clean and I mean really clean all comfy mods and cons you really don't have a care when you stay there. You can use the main house common areas if you like or your room is plenty big enough to hang out in if you don't want any company. Very private and quiet will go back again for another visit.

We were greeted with a smile and some chit chat (brilliant). Room was clean, fresh and large enough for the 2 of us. Had a pool very clean. Continental breakfast was good with real coffee, loved it. Has an electronic pinball machine for us oldies. Absolutely loved our stay. Its the first time I have stayed in a B and B in Perth. Very affordable and the owners are very accomodating.

The beautiful property was very unique, modern and well kept, really friendly service nothing was ever an issue and the owners went above and beyond to make your stay really pleasant. It was immaculately clean they took alot of pride in the property which was very evident upon arrival. The facilities were amazing with having a swimming pool, Bali like Cabana hut, lush gardens, furniture etc the bed was super comfortable and roller shutter blinds to block out the light for a great sleep and a nice continental breakfast with a tea or a coffee. Both of the owners were very friendly to talk to and we highly recommend this place to stay.
