"Very off after hours check in process. The place was really dark and locked up. Had to use our cell phone lights just to see a small sign on the door to call a number to get jn, then retrieve our room keys from a lock box. After that, was okay. Plenty of parking, but dark area with very little lighting after hours."

"The area has very little public parking available, however the hotel has it's own secure parking for a reasonable fee. The person at the reception when I arrived was very pleasant and helpful. The room is small but convenient for an overnight stop. The bed was comfortable. There is a good selection of food for breakfast. All in all I was happy with my stay "

"We arrived after reception closed and left early morning but staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone and left clear instructions on how to get in. "It was further away from the centre than we thought, our mistake. Imagine a rather rundown motel room desperately in need of an upgrade! It was very bijou but had everything we needed for a short stay: comfortable bed, a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, a clean bathroom. We were only staying to do a quick sightseeing of the area before moving on, so we didn't need much!"

"This is a basic motel. It is clean and was comfortable. Breakfast was offered but did not have options at all for dietary intolerances or allergies. Though the notice said that staff speak English, the receptionist had to get a colleague to deal with my request for a refund for breakfast. This made for discomfort, though the refund was given. "

"Rigtig fint værelse og chateuet er rigtig smukt, desværre ligger det lige ved siden af et plejehjem/ ældre boliger, hvilket gør det lidt mærkeligt. Desuden er gym og pool i ældre bplig bygningen, så man har ikke lyst til at benytte det. Der var en A/c på værelset der blæste varm luft ud som vi ikke kunne slukke, det var virkelig varmt! Den a/c vi havde fjernbetjening til larmede meget og gjorde det svært at sove. "

"This is not a ‘hotel’ it is a dump. It is falling apart and revolting. The room smelt terrible. The sheets were mouldy smelling. The pillows were the size of A4, tiny. The floor was sticky. Just awful all round"
