"We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing. The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. We only got to use it in our last day (we stayed 5 nights) because we did not know we could have warm water in it. I was disappointed and would have appreciated if there were clear instructions on how to operate it."

"Excellent location, very clean room, very friendly staff, good breakfast and an amazing ocean front view. What needs improvement is the elevators (long wait and they are constantly with those plastic protections as if there was someone moving all the time). Great bang for the buck. "
