"The young man went out of his way to helpfully check us in, carry our cases and show us to our rooms. Wonderful service by him. Rooms both very good size and clean with excellent amenities apart from poor hair dryer and slamming 3 fire doors below my room, which is the entrance to the building so can not be stopped. Location great - very close to train station and lake front. Great value hotel all in all. Breakfast not so good. We were told it was 8-10, arrived at 8.05 to find the door...

"Nice hotel, in a residential area so it does a great job of providing everything you could need. Lovely pool area with an onsite bar, changing rooms, lockers etc. great selection of healthy, fresh, tasty breakfast items. Restraint and bar was a little pricey for our tastes but menu looked perfect for gastro types :). Aircon in room seemed lacking, we did stay during peak summer but it felt like the room never got below 28°c"

"The location was in a great location to get to and from Lake Como and also Lugano (Switzerland via train and bus). It was also very easy to get to from Milano Cetrale. The Hotel itself was better than expected given the rate and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We asked for breakfast at an extra cost and again, wasn’t disappointed. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows but as that’s a very personal thing to get right, you can’t please everyone! I’ll be looking out for...

"Although the rooms are fairly small, they are comfortable. The noise from the street is very loud and persistent all night long so wear ear plugs if you get a room streetside. The breakfast was lovely with excellent cappuccino & espresso and a nice selection of meats and pastries. It is very close to the San Giovanni train station which is a plus. The staff was super friendly and helpful."

"The experience was fantastic, more than we expected. The staff was kind and ready to help you. The room was very cosy, warm and a lot of stuff like flip flops and bathrobes, even a makeup remover and many other things. So surprising!
