"Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties. Facilities are a bit dated especially the bathroom and bed had a mattress too thin and soft...

"Excellent accommodations. The house is one of Brussels oldest standing houses and has an interesting past which is seen throughout the house. The location is perfect; short walking distance to the main square in old town and not to far from subways. Marc the owner is amazing; goes above and beyond to insure you have a great stay. "The room was overall clean, and it was nice to have a kitchen available. However, there was no door for the washroom, which could be inconvenient when traveling with others. The room didn’t have a hairdryer. It seemed the hotel was converted from an office building. My room didn’t have a window, only glass doors with a curtain, which didn’t feel very private. It’s a functional space, but some design choices might not suit everyone’s needs."

"Our experience has been amazing, really friendly and kind. The room is spacious, perfect for couples and/or family. We enjoyed a lot our stay. Also the position is good with a parking, so you can take public transport easily to visit Brussels."

"Front desk lady was unpleasant and was letting everybody cut me making me wait an extra 30 minutes For no reason. Otherwise, the other front desk, people were very nice and helpful, and the property was just as shown."

"Would avoid staying at this place. There was no hot water. The living area had terrible seats (2 very uncomfortable wooden seats). There was no doors in the place - not even on the bathroom! Contact was impossible with those in charge. "

"Very convenient location for museum lovers. The neighbourhood was well maintained and I felt safe walking alone day and night. The room I stayed in was small (with an en suite bathroom) and furnished nicely. There was a mini fridge, a coffee maker and a small kettle. There is no front desk, someone sends you a code for the door. The price was reasonable for the room. I would consider staying here again. "

"This is a nice bed & breakfast. My room was on the ground floor, near to the entrance hall which meant I could hear other guests coming and going. The door wasn’t exactly soundproof, the curtains didn’t quite close but overall it’s a good place to stay. Breakfast was adequate and the hosts were pleasant enough."

Fantastic stay

"First class hotel. Room very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Amazing view of the city from both the lounge and room. Staff amazing so courteous helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic the best buffet breakfast I have ever had in Europe. The restaurant again the same as breakfast was amazing. Hospitality is clearly something this hotel staff want to provide to their guest and I will definitely stay here again as my only hotel choice for Brussels "

Great city center option, safe for solo travelers

"The staff was very friendly and the location of this hotel is 10/10. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Can hear some noise from room, but I’ve found this pretty typical with most places I’ve stayed in Europe so it wasn’t bothersome. Full size bed and en suite bathroom were great, and the bed was topped with one of the comfiest blankets I’ve ever slept with. Pillows are a bit small but overall a great stay and fabulous location! There is also a cute cat on the property but he is skiddish lol "
