"I first came to Castel Pergine around... 20 years ago? It was magical then- a beautiful castle being lovingly restored, with an inclusive and fantastic restaurant. I never forgot it. And I’ve finally had a chance to return, only to discover that the original owners have recently retired, and the Castel and restaurant are now going forward as a newly-created foundation.
