I liked the property, but the staff was rude and unwelcoming. We went to the restaurant terrace by the lake and were greeted by very rude waiter who practically yelled at us for not having a reservation. Than he almost laughed at us for not knowing what to do because we were not Ukrainian. For this price I would expect some service, which we did not get.

This has to be one of the greatest treasures in the Ukraine. The facilities are impeccable. Pool, SPA, lake, beach surroundings are breathtaking. The staff is remarkably professional, and at the same time hospitable and attentive! One of the most luxurious resorts we have ever been. The restaurants were 5 star, and many of the ingredients are grown locally! There is even a menu with a choice of 10 pillows! Our favorite place out of the 40+ countries we have been!

The spa, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna facilities were amazing. free to guests and very well maintained. A very nice location with great surrounding gardens and very pleasant and professional staff. A great SPA and Medical centre with very knowledgeable personnel. Hotel decor is not really to my taste but thats a minor point, also food is rather overpriced. But otherwise a really great location for an R&R vacation.
