"The Staff was Amazing ! But the resort was extremely dirty especially the rooms ! The curtains had stains the balcony and room had spider webs ! The window seals were filthy! The resort had so much potential it just needs work."

"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer."
