Staff were very nice and helpful. Property is of the same vintage as many of the other privately owned motels in the area, but this one is kept very well maintained and very clean. Room I was provided had a kitchenette that was well stocked with necessary supplies to cook one's meals on days that one does not want to eat out or order in. Motel is also a nice 10 minute walk to Skaha Beach, so made for a very pleasant stay being able to take morning and evening walks along the water daily. Very conveniently located just a 5 minute drive to Walmart along with other shops and services. Overall, an excellent choice of accommodations while visiting Penticton and other Okanagan communities.

I booked this at the last minute for a quick overnight in Penticton. I was thrilled with how quiet, comfortable, and clean the room was. It was a really nice touch to be personally shown to my room!

We have stayed here many times. However lately the surrounding area is much busier and the rooms are in need of repairs. The floors are uneven. The shower screeches when the pressure is turned up and the water kettle had a loose connection. The worst thing was the heat building up in the early night due to a leak or pilot light in the heater.

I like the parking next to your room. Easy access to room. Room is clean. Staff is nice. Not so great is noise ( chair dragging from floor next door and other noices. but over all it was good. Can’t complain . We spent 1 day and we probably going to comeback in this place if we our on budget. Thanks for accomodating us.

This is a clean and well managed owner/operator ‘60s style motor court. Everything provided for a housekeeping unit. If you’re looking for upscale and modern don’t look here. But if you want a clean, comfortable and affordable room with all the amenities this motel will fill your needs.
