The room layout was very nice somewhat unique and atypical, a welcome change with a sliding door leading to the bathroom, and a sitting area with lounging sofa opposite a private desk area with a frosted sliding glass separating it from the bedroom area reminiscent of a doctors reception area. Quite considerate for a sleeping partner! Just really enjoyed the room layout. Very comfortable, clean and convenient. The only suggestion would be to upgrade to comfort height toilets vs the VERY low ones currently there now. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We were going out to brunch so skipped the included breakfast but it seemed quite nice including a waffle iron station. We will definitely return next time we go to Pensacola. I would choose this over some others I’ve stayed at. Plus the price was very reasonable!

I accidentally incorrectly reviewed this property thinking it was the château Holiday Inn in New Orleans, which we stayed at in another part of our trip. This hotel was clean. It looked clean. It smelled clean. There wasn’t any noise. There wasn’t any issues. I’d stay here again and again.

This location is very nice. Rooms a little more dated than other Marriotts where we’ve traveled. Unfortunatel, the HVAC system in the room was quite noisy as well as the refrigerator. Maintenance came to look at HVAc unit and we were told it was an “old one”. We were offered to switch rooms but we only had one more night. Not sure why that room is being used if the unit is so old.

I booked this suite on expedia. This hotel not only charged my card for the room but then put two seperate holds on my card. One for $151 and another for $181. When i called to inquire they said they could see where it was charged and that it must of been done by mistake but since it says pending in my account it will eventually credit back to my account. I stayed on Fridah and its now Wednesday and its still pending on my account.

Good location to everything in Pensacola. Safe area, easy on/off the interstate. Numerous restaurants nearby. They also have a small laundromat on site which came in quite handy! There is a lady that works nights by the name of Donna, just ask for her and she’ll take care of you! Felt like she was family before we left.
