This hotel appears brand new. It is Avery nice property on the edge of old town Pensacola. It is in a very nice residential area and is about 6 blocks to the main strip, Palafox place. A little too far to walk but a $7 uber ride. I would have felt completely safe walking, because the old party have Pensacola has come strong! Beautiful area. Only down side was self-parking, but you have to pay for it. It was odd…but it was only $10.

Loved the property. Very clean and the staff were kind. My only complain was that housekeeping did not clean our room for our stay. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights and she never came in the room to clean. But would definitely come back and just complain to front desk next time.

We were in Pensacola for Thanksgiving. Although they were short staffed everything was great. Will stay at this property again. Close to great restaurants, great view of the bay. Parking is $10.00 per night and breakfast buffet is $15.95. They also have a nice bar that serves drinks in the lobby.
