I rented 2 rooms. While 1 room was perfect the other room had a missing shower door, the patio screen shot was just leaning on the glass the thermostat wasn't connected to the ac unit. My father reported these issues and none one offered anything of. Not even a free breakfast.

I had 2 rooms booked as nonrefundable but my occupant for the other room was unable to come as she got sick. I requested a nice room when arrived for my room and was going to just let the other go. I was given a first floor room with a loud air-conditioning unit outside. To top it off I was charged $10 for parking in an empty lot with no guard or coverage. I went to the desk and got the keys to the second room and was asked if there would be a car and I said no. I was asked to swipe my card for "incidentals " which I realized the next day was this person charging me for parking anyway. When I checked my credit card the following day I had $140 of pending charges. I called the hotel and learned $40 of them charges were for parking!!! So that's $60 for 1 night of parking and another $100 of charges for incidentals! I was told the pending charges would drop and I demanded my $10 fee I was fraudulently charged be refunded as well. All the overcharging aside, the room was the only clean part of this hotel. The halls and outside smelled like cigarettes and the carpet was filthy. They had zero amenities There was ath supplies only. No lotion, coffee, etc. I would NEVER stay here again and do not recommend this hotel

I did not like the 10 dollar parking fee they added to my bill at check in. This property is not in a high cost area like Chicago or New York where parking is at a premium. This is just a way to get more money out of their customers. When you look up a room on a booking site it does not tell you that are going to be charged 10 dollars for this!!!!

Me and my boyfriend went here for a getaway. A time away from our city, our problems, just time away together. It was beyond peaceful. The staff made check in easy, they have the BEST black out curtains. We were waking up at 12 PM , feeling like it was 5 am. How dark it was. 10/10
