"Checked in late night on a trip, staff was helpful and quick to get to our room. Room was clean, stay was fine! Easy access to the highway and offered a late checkout with us arriving at nearly 2am. "

"Bathroom sliding door had broken latch difficult to open. Need a warning sign for Shower head facing the curtain. We flooded the bathroom because of the direction of the showerhead. Beds comfortable. Need to tell people there is an outside door to the rooom. I walk with a cane and was assigned the 2nd last room. If I knew about the outside door I caouls have saved myself a long walk and drove to my room."

"I went for the Groundhog Day event, since my birthday falls on the same day. I had such a great trip, the hotel was great, check in and out was easy. And I LOVED that there was breakfast at 2am on the 2nd. Such a great surprise. Everything was clean. When I come back, I’ll absolutely consider staying here again. Thanks for a great stay. "

"My daughter has a service dog and was told she cannot eat in the same area as us because of her service dog. That was not fair of them to do that to her. It made her feel less of a human and almost like she was the animal. How dare they treat my daughter like that.
