"Staff were always polite, helpful and professional. Roadworks at the front door were an inconvenience but outside the control of the hotel. Breakfast in the restaurant was great, good range of options. Two things that could be improved: 1. The chaise lounge was very uncomfortable - almost no cushioning. 2. provide a toilet brush! It's embarrassing to have to leave marks in the toilet when other people in the room go to use it."

"We stayed for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel is just stunning and was the perfect location for getting ready. We just wish we had a room on the river side as our view was just the top and sides of other buildings which doesn’t make the best view. I have stayed before on the river side and it is just stunning. The staff were friendly and went out of there way to help us enjoy our stay."
