"I don’t know why anyone would give this place 5 stars. Staff don’t respect boundaries, personal space, or privacy. Each unit gets a set amount of electricity. If you use up your allotment, then you are SOL like I was on a Sunday night at ~9:40pm. Then instead of electricity, you get a chirping noise every 0.8 seconds that never freaking stops! I left early. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 20 years of living in Asia. "

"This place was great, we were upgraded to 3 bedroom. They offered free breakfast they bring to your villa each day. Laundry, service, massage table right in your villa. The projector will not work with USA streaming services and you cant get others unless you have local credit card. the jetted tub was also broken, after filling 1/3 full it would leak onto the floor and fill no higher. even with these problems still a great stay. "

"Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower.
