"Very nice staff. We had 2 dinners there. They only have set dinner, choice of 2 but very delicious, especially the salad bar. Breakfast was good but only has one warm dish, eggs. The staff don't really replenish food when they are out. It's good so there's no waste but when it's still an hour away from breakfast end time & you empty bread baskets & empty trays it's not good feeling. "The young lady that cleans does an amazing job! She cleaned everything in the parking garage: she scrubbed the recycle/trashcans, the walls, the light fixtures. You could literally eat off the garage floor, it was so squeaky clean! The wellness room areas were amazing. "Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....
