The location is a couple of miles outside Kirchburg with easy access to the skiing via a frequent bus which stops directly outside and serves the local lifts and through to Kitzbuhl. "Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Plenty of parking and a short stroll into the village. Our modern room was a good size, bed and pillows very comfortable and a very nice balcony overlooking the pools and village. Shower was good, so too the Wi-Fi. Difficult to sleep until things quieted down at 1am. Parking is off site, either 20 Euro per day at the closer parking lot, or free at the lot that is a 15 minute walk away (not fun if raining). "

"Great location close to the best things to do in Austria for the outdoors within 1 hr drive. Lots of parking on site, very warm and welcoming owners who run the hotel. "We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. "Absolutely beautiful property in the most stunning location. As soon as we arrived they knew exactly who we were and were greeted by name, which was a lovely touch. Rooms were a good size with nice big windows which were useful during the mini heatwave we experienced! The spa was great with great facilities. Both breakfast and dinner were of a high quality and we really enjoyed them. We had the most amazing stay, thank you so much! "
