"They sent two street addresses so it was confusing where I was supposed to go, they didn’t include a letter before the number so I couldn’t find the right building, they didn’t provide parking instructions so I parked in the wrong spot and get yelled at in a note by the right parker telling me to move my car, and on night two, my front door was opened after midnight by new tenants looking for their room. I’m don’t know if I’ll get any sleep now. "

"Beautiful place, but bit of a tourist scam. As the hotel opened a few days before our coming, some things were missing : a rack for the jackets and shoes... The heater is hard to set and is noisy. However, the staff is lovely and always ready to help. It also misses an electric plug for cars."

"Our two bedroom appartement was perfect for our family of 5. Well appointed and cleverly designed. The beds were confortable, the kitchen partical ans there was just enough storage for us. We loved the sauna in the main bathroom. We loved the location - right on the slopes and above a wonderful pizzeria (Popolo)! "We stayed in the family room with a sauna. It has a small kitchen as well. The shower leaked a bit but otherwise room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection. There were sleds around the property which guests could use. Close to a lit hiking trail around a lake and small ski resort. We skied at Pyha about 25 min away and saw the northern lights on our drive home late at night. Our family loved staying here. "
