"This was a beautiful property. The view was truly incredible, and the rooms were gorgeous. Hand painted accent wall, ac, flatscreen with streaming services (don't forget to log out of your account when you leave), and a separate shower and toilet. 10/10 reccomend!"

"Not what it used to be !! We stayed at this place after having such a lovely experience previously. However, this stay was very disappointing. We opted for upsell to the 5 BR villa on check-in which looked lovely in the pictures, but were stuck with a villa that stunk of sewerage the whole time! We reported it and to the credit of the villa manager he tried to get the problem fixed but unfortunately the problem remained until we checked out. "Such a stunning view! The stand out for us, in addition to the view, were the people that took care of us during our 5 day stay. Arsyad and Jaya were amazing and absolutely made our holiday! "Fabulous service from Manager/ Chef Mr Hambi & Sales Manager Ms Karen who rendered kind consideration & genuine helpfulness regarding my Expedia's stay cancellation due to Indonesia immigration limit of 30 days👍👍👍👍👍✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ Chef instructed staff to prepare my favourite masala tea. Whereas Karen sought management's approval for accommodation refund & extended complimentary spa treatment. SOOOO... IMPRESSIVE!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Additionally, ALL service staff are so friendly & engaging 👏👏👏👏👏 Furthermore the ocean suite is very spacious & balcony overlooking the expansive shoreline & enchanting waves. "This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!!! We have stayed at some of the best hotels around the world and Tampah Hills blows them all out of the water! From the moment you arrive at your villa you’re welcomed by the friendliest staff. They will go out of their way to accommodate any needs you may have, and will truly do everything in their power to make you feel at home. You’ll have a WhatsApp number to contact if there is anything you may want, and they will literally meet almost any request you may have. For example, we requested a romantic dinner on our pool deck in our villa the day of and they drove all the way to the main town on Lombok, 2 hours away, to buy flowers for the setup and make sure everything was perfect! We thought this was a one and done hotel but it is well worth the extra effort of going to Lombok and we will be making this a standard trip of ours now! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer! Thank you so much for everything! "
