The cabin we stayed in was very cozy and comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We truly appreciate the efforts of the security personnel who helped us check into our cabin at 9 pm. I would suggest to add a couple of chairs in the cabin other than that we had a good stay.

Cozy and clean room with basic necessities: queen size bed with pull-out bed, two armchairs and tiny table plus a drawer. Incl. Coffee maker. Walking shower. Very close to the Grand Canyon West. Warning: navigation is misleading: do not put street address for the cabins but rather the Grand Canyon West airport, otherwise you’ll end up circa 100 miles away from your destination! Very kind and helpful staff. It’s worthy to get All Access Pass, which gives you discount to all site attractions!

The heaters in the lower rooms did not work very well, rooms were freezing!! No WiFi connection or TVs in lower rooms. After 3 complaints we were finally moved to an upper cabin, which had a working heater and a nice TV. Jordan the night shift manager was extremely helpful.

The cabin was very nice and clean. It looked rustic yet modern. The views are amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Grand Canyon West! The only downside is it is an isolated area with limited amenities.
