"The people at the reception desk, maid service, the people who worked in the restaurant were very friendly & accommodating! When my husband became ill (it happened outside of the hotel or restaurant), the restaurant manager did everything to help me to make him comfortable!"

"This is a beautiful location. Good food, great staff. Pool area was very nice the bartenders were awesome at the pool. Beach area was pretty. There are things to see within walking distance. The arcade can use a remodel, the nightly entertainment singers were good over by 10pm. Would definitely return to this location. "

"The Resort was really nice and very clean. Staff was very pleasant. I only had one issue which was that I really couldn’t enjoy the balcony because it was too hot to sit out there due to the AC condenser which was blowing hot air. I don’t know whose idea it was to place them there but it defeats the purpose of having a balcony if you cannot sit there. "

"Well-kept grounds and buildings considering the age of the property. It was convenient to have so many restaurants and shopping options available without having to leave the resort. I also enjoyed the pool options and the view was spectacular. "

"We stayed in a standard room - King bed for 7 nights while staying in Barbados for the Australia V West Indies test cricket. We loved our accommodation. Our room was on the second floor overlooking one of the pools plus we had beach views. It was modern and clean. The hotel arranged a shuttle for all guests going to and from the cricket each day. This was fabulous! Earl and Dave (our drivers) were both legends. The shuttle cost 20 BBD pp. I loved that we had an actual laundry - not an expensive laundry service - (but instead a shared washing machine and dryer on our floor) that we could use without payment. We used it several times - there's a clothes rack in the room for drying clothes on your balcony. The kitchenette was well equipped - a decent sized fridge and freezer (which was great for freezing waters for each day at the cricket), toaster, kettle, coffee machine (no instructions for how to work it though) crockery and glassware. The room was spacious, and the balcony was perfect after a long hot day at the cricket. Local buses (we only used the yellow ones) are literally at your doorstep for only $3.50 BBD pp in each direction (no matter where you get off). We caught them regularly to check out Bridgetown, Holetown...A taxi from the airport to the hotel will cost around $70USD from memory - what I loved was the fixed pricing chart at the airport. The hotel has an awesome bar on site and a little store. Although, for groceries just take a local bus to the supermarket. "

Mr. Douglas, the manager, was incredibly accommodating and attentive, making sure our experience was seamless from start to finish. We were especially grateful for Zuriel, part of the waitstaff, whose friendliness and attention to detail made our meals feel like family dinners. And speaking of meals—Chef Wood outdid himself. Every dish was full of flavor, care, and local flair that gave us a true taste of Barbados. A highlight of our evenings was the live performance by the Bridgetown Boys. Their music brought everyone together and created an atmosphere of true fellowship, laughter, and joy. Make sure you stop at the Bajan Corner before you get to the airport.. Less expensive. Thank you, Barbados Beach Club, for an experience that touched our hearts. We came as guests and left feeling like part of a community. We can’t wait to return! "
