"Beautiful and comfortable "

"The hotel is a beautiful gem in the Centro, and walkable to many shops and restaurants. I would not recommend room 10 because it was at the front of the property and you could hear people talking just outside the window as they entered and left the hotel."

"I stayed in a cozy little room full of conveniences. Lotion, a jug of drinking water, shampoo, a gas heater and lots of ways to stay cozy and organized. I found the bed comfortable (I do like a firm bed) and the room was so quiet with a fountain outside to make it so peaceful. The staff was amazing. I stayed in the room call el nido. The hotel was centrally located. "

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Patzcuaro. easy walk to Plaza Quiroga, many restaurants and excellent coffee shops, and local market. Moises at the front desk is an extremely nice gentleman. He was very informative, and explained in detail the various smaller towns we could visit close to Patzcuaro including the island of Janitzio, the archaeological site of Tzintzuntzan, and the copper producing city of Santa Clara among many others. He was also very helpful to us with the transportation...

"Second day water was not available. Went to advise the lady in the front regarding the water and she flat out lied stating the entire hotel was out when our friends and family had water. Just flat out inexcusable to lie. Never once apologized and when asked to speak to the manager she refused. It was the lady that’s upfront in the AM on a Tuesday. Just won’t recommend this hotel when visiting Paztcauro. Unfortunate ."
