"Second day water was not available. Went to advise the lady in the front regarding the water and she flat out lied stating the entire hotel was out when our friends and family had water. Just flat out inexcusable to lie. Never once apologized and when asked to speak to the manager she refused. It was the lady thatā€™s upfront in the AM on a Tuesday. Just wonā€™t recommend this hotel when visiting Paztcauro. Unfortunate ."
