"I enjoyed my stay so much at Crecia that I chose it again when I returned to Ambon on the same trip for more diving. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful, the common areas are clean, drinking water is provided in a big cooler so you can avoid using plastic, and there is a convenience store next door. The chef cooked me a small simple breakfast of toast (in his beloved panini press) and egg with coffee, which was perfect for me. On my first stay, I was in one of larger rooms...

"Facilities were clean and staff was eager to help even though most lacked English. This meant that staff might answer questions without really understanding what was being asked.. The area looked rough but I felt safe visiting an all-night at 0300; I did travel by taxi."
