The rooms were big and comfortable, just had a few odd features. The blackened mirror are strange, no mirror in the bedroom or adjoining room. The housekeeping was hit or miss, same with reception not the warmest. For the area it was very quiet and easy to sleep. Great shower!

Hotel seems to have been recently updated. That is generally very nice. It is in an excellent location for ease of access to the nightlife and entertainment areas. Soundproofing is sadly not one of the items included in the updated rooms. Can be quite noisy at night with the bars in the area. Hotel itself is nice. Beds are very firm, but comfortable. Room had working safe, refrigerator and microwave. Pool area was small but clean and comfortable. A nice 3.5-4.0 star hotel.

The room I booked was not available when I arrived. They refused to refund and lied to Expedia. I had to go to the police. They even lied to the police. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!

Perfecte ligging centraal, ontbijt goed, kamer goed, schoon, maar in de nacht heel veel geluidsoverlast, geen isolatie helaas. Hebben weinig geslapen.

Hotel didn't have my booking after a long flight. Had to wait while they organised a room that was not the same as I booked. They changed my room the next day when I was not there. Leaving all my money and passport in the room they vacated for me. Very disorganised and unprofessional. Don't stay there if you want your belongings to be safe. Staff were rude and obnoxious
