"New property, there are three separate lodge houses. It's on the main road that circles the island. My house had a full size frig, 4 burner gas stove, microwave, full sink, cable channel TV, strong wifi, ceiling fan in the living room, nice bathroom and AC in the bedroom. It's around 5 miles from Uturoa, past the airport. So, you need to rent a car or scooter. There is a small car and scooter rental place three minute walk from the lodges. Called Havaii Rent. "Very nice room, the beach was lovely and we enjoyed having access to the kayaks. There is a shop and restaurants in walking distance, as is the main public beach. The shuttle for the return journey to the airport is stress free, though a bit expensive for a place on a minibus (for 2 people it’s cheaper to get a taxi - we paid 3000 when we arrived). Breakfast was fine for the amount we were paying for a garden view, but for the amount some guests are paying it was very below par. "

"We loved our stay at Villa Yrondi! The view of the bay and the mountain from our dining area was gorgeous. Our apartment was clean and comfortable, filled with beautiful art and fully stocked with needed items. . The manager, Valerie, was so kind and helpful, booking several taxi rides for us and always ready for any questions we might have. For an extra fee, the delicious continental style breakfasts were delivered to our patio each morning: eggs any style (we had cheese omelettes), choice of coffee, tea or hot chocolate, and fresh rolls and pastry with butter and jam. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. We loved the open air style of the Sculpture unit. I would definitely come back again. "

" A wonderful spot to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the island. The rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning is great. The beach and pool are perfect for relaxing, enjoying a beautiful view and even with a lot of people in the resort it never felt crowded. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, lots of choices including fresh fruit and the service is friendly. The hotel restaurant is good just be ready to order quickly as they are very efficient. "
