"Only giving a 4 instead of a 5 for a few reasons. We didn't have breakfast so can't attest to how good it is. The shower was somewhat difficult to use due to the shower head not wanting to stay still. With that said it's in a good location pretty close to a bus stop which takes ~25 minutes to get to the tourist area or a 45 minute walk mostly downhill."

"It is a wonderful property, beautiful location of Florence. Hotel is in great condition, location is only fifteen minutes away from all the center attractions. We were so pleased with the staff members and especially Angela. She was extraordinary help to us, very professional and extremely kind person. If we go back to Florence, we are hundred percent sure that we will stay there again. Highly recommended place to stay. "

"It was wonderful. The staff are super nice and professional. The place is romantic and welcoming. They do go the extra mile to help with any question concerns and do have great recommendations for dinner as well as how to get around the city. Love this place and will give them not a 10 but a 12. "The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shopping centers, but due to the construction going on, there were detours in the bus route. Our room is clean, spacious, well maintained and complete with amenities. Breakfast has options to choose from, delicious! Staff are nice and friendly."

"Was checked in by a lovely lady who made us aware of our VIP status and amenities with it. The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. They were also kind enough to ask about arranging a taxi for pick up to take us to the train station. "

"The perfect hotel to visit Florence. Great spacious room , with a safe, water and fridge. Nice clean modern hotel. The staff was very friendly. Shout out to Giuseppe , extremely nice and helpful front desk man that really made the difference. The hotel is right in front of the cathedral, walking distance to most famous sites in Florence. Full of great restaurants around. 10 min walking distance away from the main train station. I highly recommend this hotel. The Breakfast is a little pricy but very worth it. Great Buffet with great selection."

"The rooms are large and very clean. The staff is exceptionally courtious. This hotel is very generous with room supplies (eg. free items in the fridge, plenty of toiletries. And if you need anything you just call the front desk. The breakfast is exceptionally delicious and has a large variety."

"We chose Hotel Paris for the location based on proximity to the main attractions in Florence and we were not disappointed as we could walk to all the main sites in minutes. The hotel has a lot of charm and the staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would highly recommend. Good breakfast selection as well. "

"We were very happy to check in early (noon) and to be upgraded to a larger room. We were only there for the 'night' because we had an early flight out of Florence. It was everything we needed for an overnight. Views? not from our room but we weren't there for that. Just a place to sleep. "

"This property was conveniently located to Il Duomo and everything we wanted to see. The room had a great view and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and polite. The only thing I would warn you is to take cash to pay the city tax because this hotel insist it be paid in cash. Other hotels in Italy have accepted credit cards from me, so just be ready. It’s minor- $6/ person per night. Check out the public market around the corner in the morning for a great coffee and breakfast pastry. So many things in the market- incline friuts, vegetables, meats, bakery, and more. It’s closed later in the day, but the 2nd level Is open later with a very nice collection of restaurants. "
