"It’s been a while since I stayed in this hotel but I still vividly remember how beautiful my experience there was. The view is incredible and since the hotel is by the beach, you can expect the sight of a vibrant and romantic sunset. The pool was pretty big and they had a clear kayak like those in Boracay which was also fun to get around and take pictures with. "I like the location of the property as it lies outside the city proper and the view and the climate there as well. But i didnt like the absence of a lighted sign board of the hotel that caused us to miss or overran it everytime we went back at night since there were no streetlights."

"The staff at Evangeline Beach Resort were very kind and great to work with. They helped make my mother (82 y/o) very comfortable during our stay, including accommodating her dietary preferences. :) Saud beach is beautiful and Evangeline’s restaurant on the beach offers a great selection of filipino and western dishes with an amazing view & ambiance. The hotel itself offers basic amenities and the a/c works well. We enjoyed 3 nights for a perfectly leisurely stay. Special thanks to Raya and our driver Alvin for taking such great care of us. I would love to visit Saud Beach again and would recommend staying here. "

"All the staffs are very accommodating and with a friendly smile aside from that helpful if you need some advice on which tourist attractions nearby. The breakfast was great and even the coffee was delicious. The view of the lake and even the hotel property looks expensive. It is definitely 5 star Hotel experience."

" I had a great stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, with welcoming and impeccable staff. The only recommendation I’d have is to stay on the 2nd floor, as the ground floor had a bit of an issue with bugs since its close to the meadow as the name suggests. Additionally, the Wi-Fi and water system could use some upgrades, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Despite these minor things, I would definitely return because of the fantastic service and hospitality. Highly recommended!"

"I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. The breakfast was good and standard Filipino -log style. Nescafe 3 in 1 for coffee. No coffee in the rooms. Met some nice fellow guests. Has a decent hangout area by the pool. Just remember I gave them 5 stars because they claim they are a 2 star hotel so my expectations were lower and I was very happy."
