"I stayed at Joy nostalg 10 years ago but the property was getting old so I switched to Crown Plaza. I came back after 10 years and everything looked the same, just older. Nothing really works in the room. the aircon thermostat stays at 20 deg despite I put it at 26 deg. it was so cold. The shower tap turned on the rain shower first, wetting me completely then I struggled to change to hand shower. floor with marble was cold to the feet. WHy can't they use carpets or LVT? Overall experience...
