"It was a pleasant stay , however when I tried to request late check out they only gave me 30 minutes extra till 12:30 pm. When I tried to inquire how much it would to stay additional 4 hours since our flight was not till later, they wanted over 50-60 percent of rate . I also suggested that they revise the sharp edge on the mantle above tv as my son who is way taller than me hit his forehead on the sharp edge ."
