"Facilities are ok. Staff was kind and nice. However some details are not ok. Towels while clean are old and look like rags. After cleaning our room the second day housekeeping forgot to out towels back and we had to ask for additional TP this morning as we ran out of it. "The hotel is in a great location. 😎 Everything you can imagine is nearby...restaurants, monuments, beaches, laundry mat, gas stations, bakery, hospital, pharmacies, Walmart, shopping malls, tours, etc. I was there for 2 weeks and hated to leave.😢 The staff in the hotel and dining room were excellent. Everyone made me feel right at home. I will definitely be returning.😍"

"Brenda and Maria were attentive and helpful the entire time. This property is more like an airbnb than a hotel. It's on a quiet street, 10 minute walk from the Paseo de Montejo so very well located. I definitely recommend!"

"Very good stay , big rooms . Doors are very noisy from the other rooms , missing something to smooth their closîng . Breakfast : good breakfast , just wishing that we could have a real orange juice instead of a powder drink with no taste at all . Its suppose to be Hyatt Regency ! "

It's not the most chic or modern in terms of interior and furniture, but the service was very good when needed and the room was perfectly comfortable for our needs. The pool is nice, too. I'd say this Holiday Inn represents great value compared to other hotels in the area. "
