"The views from the apartment were amazing, you could see the mountains. The apartment was very clean and neat. We had 2 washrooms which was amazing for us, as we were 5 people. The necessities were also very handy. Heating system also worked really amazing as it was very cold and chilly at night. The area was very calm and green, restaurants could be found by walking 6-10 minutes from the apartment. Checkin was very smooth too. It definitely lived up to our expectations."

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. "

"Terrible arrival, wrong address on paperwork supplied, had to walk across town, hunt down telephone number for the office which was closed during opening hours. Finally received keys, room had no double bed, lack of kettle and toaster, cupboard doors hanging off, cracked tiles, mould in bathroom. No good for couples, double bed advertised and no double bed in any of the three rooms we booked. Probably ok for large groups of young people looking for cheap accommodation but families and couples...

"Right next to the chairlift and site office, with a large variety of restaurants and ski rental shops within the building complex. The room was just sufficient for us (2 adults and 2 kids) - the room on the top floor was nice with a separate bed in the attic. Reasonably quiet, as we asked, but rather noisy from 8pm until midnight. Staff could be more friendly (though they were efficient). Ask for parking arrangements in advance... "

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"The people at the reception desk were incredibly nice and polite. The breakfast was really good. The area is good also with a nearby town that has a lot of dining options. Just be aware there is a large deposit that you have to put on the room and a lot of rules such as cleaning the entire apartment before checking out or you will lose a portion of the deposit depending on what you didn’t do. We only stayed one night, so, it was easy to clean up before we left. Just be aware of their...

"We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "

"The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. The apartment did not have enough utensils for 4 people (the official occupancy) and there was not enough hot water for 4 people to...

We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. "The views are amazing. We loved the balcony and the daily sounds of the horses on the street below. The apartment was adequate, but could use some care. The staff were friendly. We loved playing billiards that were available. Close to hiking. Our only regret is that the pool, hot tub and outdoor amenities were not available because of the time of year we visited. Nevertheless, a great and inexpensive place to stay."

"This hotel is nicely sited within view of many local stores so it very convenient. The Argentine girl on the reception was a delight to speak to regarding the unusual hobby of me and my co-guest. Best of all is staying during April as the rooms cost next to nothing as the ski season is over. The only negative is the room I was in had an audible plumbing type noise from behind the wall which continued through the night."
