Comfort Inn Downtown Nashville - Music City Center
"We arrived in Nashville on Friday, July 18th, at about 11:15 PM. We were originally staying at another hotel. When we?
Arrived and walked in. We had reservations but by this point it was 1130 and we didn't have any options. We were going to try and make the best of it. Unfortunately, upon entering our other hotel room, we knew we had to get out. So at 4 in the morning, I called our family that lives in Nashville to see if we could somehow stay there until we could get in to another hotel. I made the reservation here and called the hotel and they were beyond kind. They said for a fee, if a room was ready. I could pay for an early Check-in. Upon arriving, our room was not yet clean. But they put a rush on it and waved the Check-in fee after hearing our ordeal. They offered vouchers towards breakfast and dinner. They gave us a room that had access to a lounge with free amenities. The staff was kind understanding and went above and beyond to be helpful. They saw 2 parents who had been up for over 24 hours trying to make sure that their kids were safe in a spot that was clean and healthy and managing to get a family of 4 ready for an event in an hour's time. To say that the staff of this hotel saved our trip would be spot on. The hotel is clean has several amenities and several restaurants and sites within walking distance. If you ever find yourself in the national area, this is a great centrally located hotel with amazing staff."
"Hotel was good for what we needed. We had to valet because the valet guy couldn’t tell us where we could park if we didn’t use valet. Which was frustrating. It’s about a 15 min walk to the bars on broadway. A little further than we like. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Smaller sized room but that was ok since we’re weren’t in it a lot. Bathroom was nice but the shower head needs improvement. "
"My stay was nice. The rooms were nice, bed slept good. Check in was easy and hotel offered everything we needed. Shuttle, breakfast, lunch, dinner live band and swimming pool."
