"Nice room. Very quiet. Good location in the old city. Staff was friendly and professional. Good spa treatments. Main complaint is that the food was terrible. Even the coffee was undrinkable. I expect more from a 5 star hotel. We tried room service one day and the toast was burnt, coffe stale, etc. But it's a good choice for a Palermo base camp if you go out to eat."

Driving to the hotel is a little tricky and definitely recommend the parking garage option. Breakfast is delicious and lots of options to pick each day. Rooms were large and comfortable.
