"This was our 9th visit to Bermuda but our first stay at Royal Palms and we will return. It is a beautiful hotel, walking distance to Hamilton. Easy to get to restaurants, shops and both the bus and boat ferries. The staff at the hotel was one of the friendliest and most helpful of any other hotels we have stayed at. "Owner was absolutely wonderful. Checked us in right away even thought we were a bit early. It was pouring rain and he upgraded our room to try and make up for the poor weather--super thoughtful and kind. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a restaurant called Clarabells. It has wonderful pizza. Would stay here again and definitely recommend to others. "

"They need to hire an events coordinator. There was very little to do. Organized activities at the pool for adults and kids should take place. A bonafide New Year's party with dancing at the hotel would have been great. Encouraging customer interactions thru shared activities would be wonderful. automatic tip added to everything was abusive. The hotel, rooms, balconies, beach were amazing!"

"This was a wonderful place to stay - beautiful, clean, excellent service, etc. A few things we especially appreciated was the excellent wifi everywhere, the super convenient access to a bus stop and the availability to get bus tokens from the front desk staff. Also, although the restaurant on the property was excellent, we didn't want to eat out every single meal and found the gas station minimart just down the street from the resort to be very well stocked. "

"The place is VERY clean and the bed was comfortable. I stayed here for a quick work visit and it was exactly what I needed. This house is not in an area that has places to eat or entertainment but I did not need any of that for my stay. It was a great place and lower cost than others. I would recommend. "
