"Staff was very friendly and helpful; had trouble with expedia getting the specific accommodations we wanted but hotel staff changed to better situation once we arrived; comfortable atmosphere; nice pool and patio area; Guatemalan dishes in restaurant were great, other food less so. "Al final, no nos quedamos en el hotel porque andábamos en familia y no era un ambiente adecuado. Se miraba sucio, no encontramos el parqueo y estaba en una zona llena de bares y prostíbulos, con borrachos y prostitutas en la acera de enfrente, y honestamente no se miraba seguro. Decidimos perder el dinero de la reserva y buscar otro hotel."

"Hotel bien ubicado a la par de los parques del Irtra, pero esperaba mas del hotel por el precio que pague por noche casi los cien dolares por noche sin impuestos. No inc. Desayuno, la habitacion muy basica, sin espejos, dos tablitas por closet, no muy buen aire acond. falta mueble en el baño donde poner los productos personales de higiene, puerta del baño mal ubicada, la internet inestable y lenta. No hay telefono en la habitacion y sin personal que apoye con llevar maletas desde un 3er nivel....
