"Amazing location and very helpful staff. The rooms are small but with great efficient design. If you need a dark room to sleep, the black out curtains make the room DARK. The lobby is a bright and happy place and all the staff speak great English and are welcoming and helpful. There is self check in but there is someone to help with that as well. You are located right in the middle of everything, a few steps from old town and a block or two from the water. We loved our stay."

"The hotel was clean, had parking, a restaurant and a gym. The suite was big and had a sofa. We were able to walk from the airport to the hotel in about 15 minutes after our trip to the city of Geneva from taking the train at the airport. Free shuttle van to the airport every 10 minutes in the very early morning and every 20 minutes after 5:30am. After returning our car early we took the van to the airport the following morning. "Hotel is right across the road from Geneva train station, super convenient to get anywhere and especially if you had big luggages with you. Room was comfortable and had all necessary amenities, though the bathroom was partially transparent. "

"Bed mattress was too soft - it appeared to be two separate mattresses, one on top of the other, causing a bit of back stress. A shame as everything else in the hotel was excellent!"
