"Nice lobby area & bar with breakfast in the morning. Coffee and tea in the room. Bed was very comfortable and shower/bathroom was nice with a hairdryer. Staff was pleasant and arranged a taxi pick up for us to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Property is beautiful and staff are incredible. It is a 15 minute walk into the main area of Bordeaux however if you plan to visit wineries and are driving yourself, this is a wonderful option as you can park your car here which isn’t an option at the hotels in the centre de ville. 5-star experience. "Very nice people at reception. I did not have coffee in the room only the coffee maker. I went to get coffee at the breakfast area, but I was told I had to pay it. I went to reception to pay but they said it was free. Overall nice. "

Friendly reception staff and very well maintained room with everything required except for dishwashing liquid and tea towels. Very clean. A number of small shops for supplies nearby. Would happily stay there again "

"Great hotel in a really convenient location for Bordeaux centre. Not the prettiest area but really quick to walk in to the city centre end easy access from the airport by tram. Staff are super friendly, really nice lobby and bar area and adequate sized rooms. This is our second time staying here and will definitely be returning!!"

Would easily go back!

"It’s an older hotel but for the price, location, and customer service, it was definitely worth it. Other reviews mention old carpets and it needing renovations, sure, but when in Bordeaux, you’re probably spending your days walking around the beautiful town. We had a room facing the town square, if you will, it had doubled windows so noise wasn’t an issue and it’s a hotel dating back ton1800’s. Super close to trams especially if coming from the airport. "
