This Marriott is very convenient to the Garden State Parkway. It was a disappointment that there was no free internet, you have to book the room through Bonvoy for free internet. Seems like an outdated policy

Spent an hour fixing facility issue from Tv to unable to open terrace door. Everyone was great but it still was done on our time. In the end they were still unable to fix door. Beige leaving they also fixed the front door. Nice people may just may want to review the maintenance check sheets.

My friend, her boyfriend and I arrived to the hotel after traveling all day to find our room didn’t have a bed, only one pull out couch. When I booked the reservation it said for two queen beds. Unfortunately they did not have accommodations for us that night since the hotel was fully booked. However, The staff were very friendly and really tried to make us happy despite the situation. There is definitely a lack of communication between third party vendors and the hotels with accommodations for guests.
