This place is the actual worst - do not stay here! We picked this spot due to affordability and convenience for a weekend of skiing knowing full well, it wasn't the Ritz. We needed a place to crash each night and that was it. It so failed! The entire building smelled like a pack of cigarettes dipped in armpits. The room did NOT match the posted images (which do not seem THAT bad). The room was sort of clean, stunk, had carpeting you did not want your feet to touch, a moldy bathroom, and paper-thin walls that allowed you to hear every phone call of every neighbor. Not only could we not breathe, but we also could not sleep. It was, however, on the bus line which got us out of there by 8am every single morning.

The room was layed out nice but was dirty as hell dust everywhere the ceiling fan has inch of dust on it the couches had dirty napkins under them you only got one towel the whole stay absolutely terrible and to kick you even harder when you checked in at the silver king hotel they don’t offer a shuttle service to your hotel so you have to spend money on another Uber after just spending money on one that brought you from the airport totally disappointed in my stay and the Vending machines are broke between the three of them I lost five dollars I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Felt like a dormitory not a $200/night lodging. Hallway smelled musty, snafu getting to the room since there was no one on site to open door/service the facility. No hot water when I went to take a shower in the am. Old heating unit that kicked on a loud fan every 5 mins to keep temp constant.

I liked that it was close to the mountain, keyless entry, good size, kitchen appliances. Didn't like the stains in the carpet and bathroom tub, someone elses garbage in the bins when we arrived, noisy neighbors didn't obey quiet hours.
The unit we stayed in, 415, was dirty. Bedspread disgusting, unit not clean, shades and lamp broken. Bath tub had a crack in the bottom that then leaked out into the entry area. Only 1 burner worked in the kitchette. The front desk was resonsibe and did send someone right over to replace bedspread and fixed lamp next day, very nice gentleman.

The hot water ran out after one shower, the tv wasn’t working properly, wifi kept going out. It took 30 min just to get checked in, the people seemed like they didn’t know how to do their job. I had to go to a separate hotel just to check in, no email explaining that I had to do so. It was a cluster

The condo is super convenient but the one we stayed in had layers of dust coating the shelves, tv etc. the comforter and throw pillows smelled as though they hadn’t been washed in a whole. The window sills were filthy and two of the curtain holders had been ripped from the wall. The blinds were dusty and stick used to ‘twizzle’ them was missing. The bathtub leaked when we took a shower and the strange wall ornaments were so dusty it almost looked like a layer of dirty snow. The condo is close to everything you need though and if they could do a better job cleaning it, it would’ve been a great place to stay. We won’t be back though, just too gross for my standards!
One of our units was in a basement and was absolutely filthy we could not even finish our stay. The bathroom tub was cracked, dirty and had black mold around the enclosure- I would not even wash a dog in it! The carpet was disgusting and the bed caused us to itch- bed bugs? The upstairs unit the heater did not work and blew cold air and the bed had long black hair in it.
Room was very dirty, the pull out bed was broken, and the hot water only lasted 10 mins. Not worth the money, and very disappointing.

Very compact. The curtain to separate the bed from the rest of the room was missing. The air conditioner had soaked the carpet under the window. The pool was too cold and the hot tub was too hot. The bed was good. The children slept alright on the couch thing. It was unclear if leaving the dishes we used in the dishwasher was acceptable. We appreciated that there was coffee and filters.
Had to call for assistance to watch the TV. Some of the furniture look like it had been abused in the past. A part apartment size refrigerator had been added to replace a existing refrigerator in the kitchen unit
Pull out bed did not work. A/C had leak and floor was wet. Only two chairs for kitchen.

Tired Property without AC
This property is a bit dated and not very nicely furnished. It is not air-conditioned so do not stay there in the summer! The only outside air comes from a small sliding glass door which does not allow in much air. The location is great.
First, I tried messaging the owner multiple times to get info on how to check in. Finally, the day before our trip I just called VRBO directly to try and get information. Then we had to check in at an offsite location a couple of miles away. When we got to the place we were staying at the parking lot was full and we had to park a couple blocks away. This would have been ok, but we weren’t sure if where we larked was going to ticket us. Then, when we got inside the room it looked nothing like the picture that we saw on the Website and it was much older and not on what we’d were planning on. The bed was ruffled up and unmade, which made me feel that nothing has been washed or touched since the last person slept in it. The bed spread also had some funky stains on it. Also, as we were looking around the coffee maker had mold in it. We felt too grossed out to stay so we drove a half an hour to my parents house.... on our anniversary night, which was really not how we wanted to spend it. We were looking forward to a fun stay in Park City (which we drove two hours to get to) and unfortunately we were very disappointed when we got there. I really don’t think this type of advertising for this room is okay, and I would really like my money back, especially considering we couldn’t even stay in the room.
Loved everything about the property except there wasn’t A.C.

They said it was non smoking but there were still times where there was a strong scent of smoke. The A/C must have been broken because it was very hot and the fans didn’t do much to cool the place down.
The first night of 4 was rough. I had gotten a room with no AC. I called the next day and they moved me right away, thankfully. I didn’t know there was such a thing as no AC, that I would have to ask. Anyway, the next 3 nights were great, excellent room.
This condo building itself (room 127 in the basement) was in a great location. Feel like the check in process (at another, remote location, 1 mile away) is not handy for those arriving and getting dropped off via Uber, for example). It is listed in the bottom of the reservation, but what a pain if you're not reading very carefully through and used to standard hotels.com stays.
The room. The room is a basement level room that smelled like urine immediately upon walking in. The reclining chair in the living room area had its back falling off (see photo), so that's what you see immediately walking in. Bedroom doorway is no more than 24" wide (not ADA compliant at all) and the space between the end of the bed and dresser at foot of the bed was 18" wide. Urine smell got worse as you entered the bathroom, whose tub was visibly dirty. The hallway mirror also had something smeared on it, so it clearly wasn't cleaned. Carpet was just old and musty and the entire place is just in dire need of a makeover and hasn't been remodeled or upgraded since the bldg. was built.
Fortunately, we did not stay in the room long, only were there to sleep, but this is certainly not a good place for an overnight stay or for its cost and am very disappointed that the room made you feel instantly dirty when you walked in. We used the fridge, which was clean and left as soon as we could.
Beware that during the summer most of these units DO NOT have air conditioning!! It says on this site they do but they don’t. Overall though it’s okay. They did move me to another unit when I entered and it was 90 degree inside. It’s loud and upstairs neighbors sound like they’re practicing for the Maceys Day Parade. But the condition wasn’t bad.

Ok for a night or two.
Carriage house overall I can say it’s suited my needs as all I needed was a place to sleep for two nights. It was kind of drab and dingy and smelled old, almost remembrance of a dorm in college. Luckily I had some room spray with me that I sprayed throughout the place, which may it tolerable. Although the place was clean the dinginess and the smell makes you question other things such as bedbugs. I did not have an issue with that but it does bring it to mine and for a minute made me consider staying someplace else. Overall I would say it’s an OK place to stay if you don’t have high expectations. My recommendation would be to update the units so that it’s cleanliness is not in question.
The room was a little smaller than expected, but it worked out okay. However it wasn't stocked very well with coffee, shampoo etc. We had to go out and purchase extra of those items.
