The location is unbeatable. The washing macine and kitchinette are a huge plus. The old amennities and quirky nature of the building (and 3/5 star cleanliness) are outweighed by the price and location. Id stay again.

This is our second time staying in one of the apartments at this property and obviously the first time impressed us enough to come back. They are located in a great area, very walkable and contact with the owner was great! A great alternative to a hotel that allows you to immerse yourself in the city!

This is in excellent area but the apartment-kitchen is not really functional at all and an extremely small shower even for Paris-also room is quite hot even with open window and heat off!

I had a terrible experience at Les Patios Du Marais from 18 to 21 Dec 2024. We discovered bed bugs in our room during our stay, which completely ruined the trip and made us to oay additional cost to move to another hotel. We immediately contacted the management and requested a refund, but they have not responded at all. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place!!!!

Good location. noisy area due to stores and restaurants. TV was unwatchable. Tiny unit. No lift. Hard to carry luggage up three flights on a circular stairway with narrow steps (for an older couple like us). Raised shower was a danger for us.

Great location in the Third Arrondisement, with plenty to do nearby. The unit was clean and well appointed. It's in a lively area, but within a courtyard on a side street so it's nice and quiet at night. Would definitely recommend.

Do not book this hotel! I booked this about a month before my trip, reviews looked good for the price. Getting closer to, I checked again after seeing online that it had a bedbug infestation, and after some digging found reviews about the bed bugs that people claimed the hotel was deleting whenever they posted it. When I arrived, I pulled back the cover to find mouse droppings all on the sheets, and when I lifted the mattress cover there were bed bugs and blood stains. I left the property immediately and tried to call them with no answer, so I booked another hotel (that cost me triple as it was so last minute). I contacted Expedia who reached out to the hotel, who finally then emailed me back that someone went to check and that it “wasn’t bed bugs” and that it was only mouse droppings (despite the photos I sent them). They are now refusing a refund.

The property was really good, it has all we needed, from a cooker, a boiler, a TV and the heating always worked well. They even got an iron and a board which I really appreciated. You have to go up and downstairs but that is something you'd expect from most properties in Paris. Overall, very recommendable.

We loved the property, but we were eaten alive by bed bugs in our room. We don’t think we brought any back with us, but once we were home, all of us were covered in itchy bites. My daughter said she saw a bug in bed before we left. It is a shame becuase we did like the property.
