Hotel was convenient, fairly priced for 2 night stay, and was in exact location I needed. Would recommend for singles or couples for a short stay. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

The property is small and quaint. The room was well appointed and stocked. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was offered at €17 but there was a lot of selection in the friendly neighbourhood cafes at less cost. Lots of attractions within walking distance and cabs or public transport were handy.

The hotel is a classic old house converted to a hotel many years ago and therefore an authentic Venetian experience.the beds are very hard but the staff is lovely.

We had a wonderful experience at Hôtel Relais Saint Jacques in Paris! The entire staff, including Rebecca, Chloe, Matheo, and others, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their incredible hospitality and willingness to accommodate our needs, such as helping with our luggage and arranging transportation to the train station amidst traffic, truly exemplify their dedication to customer service. It's always a joy to encounter such attentive and helpful staff members during a trip. Thank you for having us and we hope to have many more enjoyable stays in the future!

For a first time visit to Paris the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean & beautifully decorated. Mattress, pillows, linens & towels plush & very comfortable. The room was large with ample storage. We enjoyed the nespresso machine and appreciated the in room safe. The hotel lobby with small bar & sitting area was beautiful & welcoming. The bathroom with jacuzzi tub & rainfall shower was enjoyed. Only drawback was the carpet needed a good cleaning because stains were visible on cream carpet. Slippers & bathrobes were a nice touch. We enjoyed our balcony view & felt like we received very great value through Expedia booking. Many nice cafes & boulangerie nearby. Very walkable & safe area even at night, close to all the attractions. Metro & busline very close by. The front desk staff & maid service were exceptional & attended to our every need with grace & professionalism.We would highly recommend Hotel Relais St. Jaques & and would stay here again.

I usually stay in chain hotels because there aren’t surprises, I know what to expect. For our trip to Paris I read reviews and picked a modest priced hotel in a convenient location to several sites I wanted to visit in the 2 day visit. I have rarely been so pleasantly surprised! The hotel is charming, very clean, houses a restaurant with wonderful food, quaint sitting room, but the best quality about this hotel is the staff. Never, in all my many hotel stays have I been more impressed with the friendliness and hospitality extended by a hotel staff! Everyone, from the manager to the maid, went out of their way to help us feel at home and welcomed during our stay. The manager even ran out stopping our taxi to return something I had left. If you are ever in Paris, book this hotel, you won’t be sorry!

Wonderfully located, great staff, breakfast was adequate. Cute boutique hotel, but the carpets are in need of replacing. And perhaps a fresh coat of paint. We booked a superior room fir the space and expected at least clean carpets.
