Excellent for a family trip to Paris. Safe area. Located right behind the ultra swank George V, this place offers a great base for your vacation. Very close to George V metro line 1, getting around is easy. The staff is incredible. They always knew me by name and room number. Super easy check in. Zero hassle. The breakfast buffet was great! (Sausages, bacon, eggs, charcuterie including cheeses, sardines, asparagus, olives etc. Croissants, brioche bread, whole grain baguette, BUTTER, jams, yogurt, lemon compote. Any kind of coffee drink you want. Water and fresh fruit juices). The bathrooms are huge by French standards. BIG bathtub (I’m 6’2”). Enjoyed a soak with some bath salts I bought in the Marais. The little cafe immediately to the right (Cafe Marceau) has the nicest wait staff—all speak English. The front desk reserved me a taxi (to the gate!) to the airport in about 1 minute. From beginning to end of my stay everything was perfect. This is my third stay here. I will return, and I would recommend to friends. I’ve been going to Paris for 31 years. I’ve never had better (value for the money) than here.

This is a modern hotel with impeccable amenities. The staff, all fluent in English, are friendly and extremely helpful. They are efficient without making you feel rushed. The breakfast buffet is a wonderful value. I loved the large bathtub (I’m 6’2) which was nice for soaking after a long day of walking. This is my second stay here. I will return and would recommend to friends.

The hotel was nice . The gentleman when we checked in wasn’t pleasant not friendly very bad manners . We checked in late Friday 8th November in the late evening. We saw this gentleman other times in the stay again same mannerism bad body language - clearly in the wrong job. The cafe next door was extortionate prices when did a cappuccino become 9 euros …

Great location, terrible pillows, nice sheets, no air conditioning even though they said it had air conditioning… uncomfortable hot in the room. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut until it was locked from the inside. Good breakfast.

Wonderful hotel. Loved staying at this property and would stay there again when I next visit Paris. Central location, plenty to see and do in the area close to the property. Great restaurants within walking distance, with excellent food. The only critic would be the breakfast at the hotel. Freshly cooked eggs served to order and the same with bacon would be a nicer touch than using bain maries.Saying that, the fresh fruit, breads etc. were great. Otherwise, I loved my time at this hotel and the staff were very pleasant, informed and accommodating. Look forward to a return visit.

Such a great location. Right in the heart of the high end shopping district and surrounded by the high end hotels. Very walkable. The hotel was clean. The staff is kind. Rooms are older but spacious. Got the family room and it was 2 rooms together and it was perfect for the 4 of us. Would highly recommend.

My friend and I traveled to Paris for a girls holiday and stayed at this hotel. We absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, breakfast delicious and we enjoyed the cocktails - especially the espresso martinis. Our favorite part was the staff. Alli was so wonderful and made sure we were taken care of.
